    How do I place my order?

    After selecting a product, use the dropdown menu to decide its size and color, if applicable. Then click "ADD TO CART" and follow the instructions to checkout. 


    I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?

    When you place an order, you have 24 hours to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification. After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and it is too late to cancel it or modify it.

    To cancel an order, please provide all the details concerning the items you want to cancel as well as your order number.

    To modify an order, please include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and/or color. Specify the item you would like to change it for in your email and we’ll do our best to help you.

    If you still want to cancel after 24 hours, then you will be issued with a 5$ cancellation and restocking fee.

    I placed my order, but I have not received my confirmation email yet.

    First, double check your spam folder and other email accounts.

    Can’t find it? No panic, just contact us and one our customer representatives will help you!

    I'm not sure what size to get?

    Our items should have a sizing chart available on each page and you can reference that to get a better idea of which size to get. For measurements, please measure a shirt or clothes that you're comfortable wearing rather than measuring your own body to get best results.



    What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Apple Pay, JCB and Diners Club cards as well as Paypal.


    When will my card be charged?

    Just after your order has been successfully placed.


    What is the type of currency on your store?

    All our prices are in US dollars, though you can change the currency in the top right corner to Euros, British Pound Sterlings, Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars.

    Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.



    When can I expect to receive my package?

    Orders can take 2-7 days to process, and then anywhere from 5-20 days for shipping. We source our products from all over the world so it takes time to travel across the worldwide along with dealing with each country's customs.

    Kindly note that the delivery time will vary during holidays.


    Can I track my package?

    A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email a few days after your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 4 business days, contact us through our Contact Us page.

    Please note:
    It may take up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.


    I never received my package, what should I do?

    If your item has not arrived within 45 days after having ordered, contact one of our reps through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!


    How much is shipping?

    Nothing at all! We offer free shipping worldwide along with tracking info.


    International buyers - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?

    Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.

    Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.



    I ordered the wrong style or color, what should I do?

    For any changes within 24 hours after ordering go to the MY ORDER section above on this page for further details.


    I entered the wrong address and destination information, what should I do?

    Kindly e-mail us at support@style-element.com as soon as possible so we can fix it. If too much time has passed and the item has shipped, unfortunately there's not much we can do about it. 

    I’m not satisfied with the product, what should I do?

    Contact us with your order information and concerns, and we will strive to communicate and assuage your issues. 

    I received the wrong item, what should I do?

    We apology for any inconveniences and we’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order. Please see our return and refund policy for further instructions.

    My items are a size or two bigger than what I ordered, what should I do?

    For some of our items, we bump the sizing one or two sizes due to the tags having international sizes and our website is centered around U.S. sizes. That's why although you may have ordered a Small for your shirt, it may have Large on the tag. If you're unsure if this is intended or not, you can always double check with the sizing chart available on the product page.

    The items don't fit me, what should I do?

    Please contact our team at support@style-element.com or our Contact Us page for further instructions. If there's no sizing chart on the product page then we will issue you a full refund, but if there was a sizing chart available on the product page and the product matches the sizing dimensions listed, then we can't issue refunds since the specifications were listed already.
